Does Mars in Leo cause anger problems?

I read that Mars in Leo, makes people easily volatile? And sensitive? Is this true? Maybe that is why my friend is so quick to anger and irrational when confronted in a light manner? Also, with a Mars in Cancer, Pisces moon etc..
