Few questions about pisces?

Do Pisces believe that Libras "think" too much? I feel as though, me being a libra, when having complications with a pisces, it gets very complicated but when things go smooth, it goes very smooth. How can a libra better understand a pisces and how can a pisces better understand a libra?
