Would cervical cancer show up on a chlamydia swab test?

I don't know I had dyplasia and that's the start to cervical cancer my pap was abnormal that's all they told me, they referred me to another dr. Were I had a colposcopy they scraped out a piece of my cervix and it hurt a lot by the way! Then that dr. Called me to reveal I had grade 3 dyplasia one step from cervical cancer so they made me an appt with a local hospital to have a leep surgery and I got half my cervix removed
