United Health Care vs. Maryland Physicians Care?

My mother needs health insurance & she got accepted. Now they are asking her to pick her MCO.Which one is better United Health Care or Maryland Physicians Care? She has a broken leg and was wondering which one can provide good health care? I cannot tell the difference between the both nor I know much about health insurance. Please & thank you =[
