Itchy vaginal lips HELP!!!!?

hi ive had this problem for about a year now i have been to see a doctor and nurse and nobody as given me anything that works, this is not thrush or diabetes i have just had a swab done so waiting for the results. but in the meantime can anybody help with the itchyness what has worked for you or what is the best thing to try thank for your help
