Firstly, do you know that it's a period and not some terrible infection? Like have you been experiencing unusual pains? Even if you haven't, you still gotta go to the doctor. Hormones that out of balance will most likely lead to a bad yeast infection, terrible acne, and terrible behavior towards others. Your doctor can prescribe you with a medication, possibly even birth control, to help this. Luck!
