Belly button piercing infected?

I got my belly pierced 3 months ago & since Tuesday this whiteish clearish discharge has been coming out from the bottom hole & some crust is there from time to time, but when I cleaned it yesterday I noticed my swab had just a little tiny bit of blood on it. It wasn't a lot, it was just like little dots of it. Is it infected or is it just a sign of it healing?
