Can spice be detected in a mouth swab?

My girlfriend is on probation and gets drug tested often. She has been smoking spice and passing the UA's they give her but now she is going to get a mouth swab test done. She asked me if she was going to test positive but I don't know. I've never been on probation or had a mouth swab. So my question is, will a mouth swab drug test detect spice?
