Cork grease and mouthpiece swab?

Cork grease is like $2 and a swab shouldn't be more than $5 unless you buy something really fancy, but just a cloth would work fine. I've never used cork grease for my saxophone though, it shouldn't really be necessary unless your mouthpiece or neck are hard to take off.
