Do I have an infected ear piercing?

I got my second lobes done just a fortnight ago and I had the exact same problem. I went to my local GP and he said it was purely the new piercings. Try not to touch it often and clean it with antiseptics to prevent it from getting infected. If it is infected in no case take the earring out, it will make it a lot worse, keep the earring in and twist clockwise and anticlockwise at least twice a day. Good luck!
