I just got scratched really badly by my cat?

I was trying to give her a shower... So she attacked me. I didn't clean the wounds so it's bloody. I just used a cotton swab to put some neosporin on the wounds and put bandaids over them. I have like 12 bandaids on now... Legitly lol. Was that a good way to treat it? What should I do?
