I was Diagnosed with Beta Hemolytic Strep B in my anal and vaginal area and Im not preggers is this normal?

A few days after saving i had what I thought was a small painful razor cut that looked like a canker sore in my anal area, within the next 3 days I noticed that a similar small sore was on the outside lip of my vagina and what apearred to be an ingrown hair next to it I pulled it and applied Bacitracin Ointment to it and my anal sore. The next morning I had an identical sore mirroring on the opposite lip . My first thought was I have herpes I went to the Urgent care clinic and the doctor told me I had an anal fissure and he noticed a yellowish discharge in my cervix durnig the pap along with a white discharge that he belived was Gonorrhea even though there was no scent. He also said I had bleeding in my cervix and it was extra sensitive in spots that I shouldnt have been.He took a culture of the sore on my vagina with a swab and also from my anal area. I gave a Urine sample and they took multiple Blood work to test me for every STD imaginable. He gave me a penicil shot befor I left and started me on a antibiotics for a Bacterial infection since I told him I always have UTI's or BV for some reason. And he belived that I did have some kind of Bacterial infection causing the white discharge. I was told to take Hot sitz baths for the anal fissure. After taking that Hot sitz Bath the next morning I woke up to small bumps in my anal area and also around those two sores in my vaginal area, I called the Urgent care clinic and a different Dr on duty assumed it was herpes and perscibed a cream and pills. Two days later all my Test came back I was negative for everything Herpes, Gonorrhea, pregnancy, You name it I Didnt have it. What I did have was Beta Hemolytic Streptococcus Group B. Here's the Gross part about it my cousin who just had her baby yesterday confessed to using my razor while she House sat for me and she had the EXACT same thing a month ago!!! He said the anti biotics should cure it but they dont seem to be working. Ive researched everything. Im following up with My OBGYN this Friday. Does anyone know what can provide some type of comfort until then, Soaps seem to set me on fire so showers have been painful as well as using the bathroom. All the Bumps have popped now I have these open sores that seem to be healing but I dont know??? Any advice, besides killing my gross cousin?
