USMC PT during Colors on Camp Pendleton?

What is the MCO or Regulation aboard Camp pendleton about PT during 0800 Colors? Ive been told you have to stop and stand at attention AND been told that since its PT you can continue. Which is it? and if so, please provide the Order/Regulation.
