Wen infection on oranda goldfish?

My almost 1 year old oranda has developed some sort of wen infection. It started as a pimple looking thing above his eye, which caused his eye to swell. next he developed a large sore on the back of his wen by his dorsal fin. I though this may be some sort of ulcer, but im not sure. Its very hard to get a picture. I heard you could put hydrogen peroxide on a q-tip and swab the area, careful not to get it in the gills/eyes/mouth, but is this really safe? He has been getting fed anti-bacterial medicine food and had a recent water change. help?
