Accuracy of urine testing for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea?

I was tested for these two via urine tests a few years back, and it came back negative. Although someone had said i gave them these stds prior to testing. My question is how accurate are the urine tests? And are the swabs more accurate? AND say, if i DID have these stds but had gotten them two years before i got tested, would that affect the accuracy? Please help me. This thought has been haunting me for 2 years now. By the way, since testing i have been with the same man.
