Pisces & scorpio. HELP!?

Scorpio guy wont let me go why? he dates other girls but it always been where i am on side to flirt with and to play mind games with but it seems like everytime i get tired of playing his games i want to leave but for some way or some how he wont let me by some how saying something to me which drives me back into loving him and playing his game while the girls he dates get the man i want ! I am a pisces by the way? Why wont he let me go?
