What does this sound like to you?

Ive got pains down below and feel like I need to urinate all the time, together with a maddening itch and a white stringy discharge which has no smell. The doctor gave me antibiotics for cystisis (Trimepothim) but these did not work so Im going for a swab tomorrow. Does it sound serious or is it just an odd strain of cystitis?
